2015 Oil and Gas Air Quality Concerns
Roy Rakiewicz and Meghan Barber of ALL4, along with Ron Cusano, of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP presented at the 2015 Winter Meeting held by Pennsylvania Independent Oil and Gas Association (PIOGA) in February. Topics included recent amendments to Final 2012 NSPS (Subpart OOOO), EPA and methane, 40 CFR Part 98 Subpart W – Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems, source aggregation, and modifications to GP-5.
