Thaddeus (Thad) Bahl is a registered Professional Environmental Engineer in the State of Arizona and has approximately 10 years of experience providing compliance and permitting services to his clients. Thaddeus has a wide variety of multimedia experience, providing consulting services for clients in industries such as the department of defense, refrigerated warehousing, chemical manufacturing, construction, wastewater treatment, dairy, and the scrap and steel industries.

Thad specializes in air quality permitting and compliance, federal OSHA compliance, environmental site assessments, compliance audits, oil pollution prevention, stormwater pollution prevention, wastewater compliance, hazardous waste management, process safety management, and risk management programs.

Thad received his M.S.E. in Environmental Engineering from Arizona State University. He earned a B.S.E in Environmental Engineering and a B.S. in Chemistry from Northern Arizona University. While studying at Arizona State University, he was employed as a Graduate Research Assistant, providing support on Maricopa County specific air quality research.

What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?

The availability of support to deliver excellent products quickly to our clients.

Have you ever had a nickname (or two)? If so, what are/​were they?

My family used to call me T-Bone, but no one outside of my family ever used the nickname.

When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a marine biologist until I realized that I get seasick.

What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?

One year I covered the front of my house with black plastic, painted it with fluorescent spray paint, and set up multiple black lights. I then wore black garbage bags which were similarly painted. When I leaned on the house, I couldn’t be seen. I spent the whole Halloween scaring kids.

Who is the most famous person you have ever met?

I met Sophie Turner in a Dallas airport AA lounge. I got her signature on the back of the paper that gave the WIFI password

Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?

I make pretty extravagant costumes for Phoenix Fan Fusion (our version of Comic Con)

If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn’t live without?

A fishing pole, my dog, and beer.
