Tegan Conner has over 15 years of experience helping industrial and commercial clients comply with a variety of environmental regulations, with a focus on hazardous waste and chemical inventory and release reporting. This includes areas such as 311, 312 (Tier II), and 313 (TRI) data management and reporting under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA); hazardous waste management under federal RCRA regulations and dangerous waste management under Washington State regulations; greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reporting; Air Operating Permit (aka Title V) emissions reporting; Phase I Environmental Site Assessments; Washington Industrial Stormwater General Permit compliance; and contaminated site cleanups. She has assisted clients to update calculations, address auditor questions and concerns, tighten compliance documentation, train employees, and adopt new or improve existing data management tools.
