1. Have you ever had a nickname (or two)?  If so, what are/were they?

Most of my family members have called me “Mollymay” since I was a baby.

2. When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?

When I was little I loved school and always wanted to be a teacher.

3. What about ALL4 has surprised you the most?

How helpful and welcoming everyone is. I immediately felt like a part of the company on my first day!

4. What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?

In elementary school I dressed as the board game Twister. My grandma turned the floor mat into a dress and I wore the spinner on my head.

5. Stick shift or automatic?

Definitely automatic.

6. Who is the most famous person you have ever met?

Sadly I have not met anyone famous yet.

7. Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?

I can solve a Rubik’s cube in a couple minutes. I learned in high school to get extra credit in my calculus class.

8. What would you like to become known for at ALL4?

I want to be known not only for being a reliable person to work with, but also being able to make people smile!

9. If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn’t live without?

My family, ice cream, and all of Taylor Swift’s music.

10. What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?

Throughout the interview process I was most attracted by how excited everyone was about the culture of the company. I also felt like everyone I spoke to was very genuine and wanted to get to know me
