Get to know Josh

What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?

The staff were all very welcoming, even before I started working at All4! I really liked the company’s emphasis on fostering a positive culture for its employees and clients.

Have you ever had a nickname (or two)? If so, what are/were they?

My parents and grandparents call me “kutta” which is like an endearing way of say “my child” in our native language, malayalam. Also, during my freshman year of college, people in my dorm hall tried to call me “shua” (short for Joshua), but thankfully it never stuck.

When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a doctor to help people!

What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?

I dressed up as Wolverine from the X-Men when I was 8 years old. I wore the iconic yellow and blue suit with fake muscles and fake metal claws.

Who is the most famous person you have ever met?

Greg Fischer, former mayor of Louisville.

Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?

I can do the Billie Jean shuffle and the worm (I like to dance at weddings haha).
