Career Highlights
James Giannantonio is an accomplished and solution-oriented Program Manager with over 12 years of experience in the energy and environmental sustainability industries. His expertise lies in helping organizations organize, design, and implement their energy conservation measures, environmental, social, and governance programs, and sustainable development goals to achieve their climate targets. James graduated from the University of Colorado – Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in American History in 2007. In addition, he received his master’s degree from Harvard University in Sustainability and Environmental Management in 2010. James holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), GRI Certified Sustainability Professional, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), LEED AP Building Design and Construction (BD+C) and LEED AP Operations and Maintenance (O+M).
Outside of work James enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. His hobbies include playing men’s league ice hockey, snowboarding, music including attending concerts and playing his Fender jazz bass guitar, cooking and trying new recipes, traveling and reading. James was born and raised in the Philadelphia area and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan.
Get to know James
1. Have you ever had a nickname (or two)? If so, what are/were they?
A nickname that has stuck with me has been “G” mainly because my last name is hard to pronounce.
2. When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
When I was little I wanted to be a professional ice hockey player in the NHL.
3. What about ALL4 has surprised you the most?
The kindness, empathy and overall welcoming culture has been great.
4. What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?
Batman. When I was around 6 years old my parents got me a cool batman costume with mask, cape, and all. It was the most memorable Halloween costume I ever had because I got a double ear infection that Halloween and made it to only one house that night.
5. Stick shift or automatic?
Automatic but really depends on the car and the situation.
6. Who is the most famous person you have ever met?
Mac Miller.
7. Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?
I do not have too many hidden talents but maybe cooking.
8. What would you like to become known for at ALL4?
I hope to be a known as a great team player with high work ethic and a strong passion to help colleagues and our clients.
