Career Highlights
Dan joined ALL4 with 14 years of experience providing hands-on technical regulatory support to clients throughout the Pacific Northwest region. Dan’s areas of expertise include industrial stormwater management and environmental permitting. He has helped more than 20 facilities with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits
Create and implement successful stormwater management programs. He has prepared permit application packages for projects including NPDES, Shorelines Substantial Development, State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA), Joint Aquatic Resource Permit Application (JARPA), and Hydraulic Project Approval (HPA). Throughout his career, Dan has worked on a variety of projects ranging from Voluntary Cleanup Program remediation to marine sediment assessments. He has prepared sediment sampling and analysis plans for marinas, ship maintenance facilities, and barge loading facilities, overseen sediment sample collection, and acted as a communications liaison between clients and regulatory agencies.
