WHAT’S THE WEBINAR ABOUT?

This is the third and final webinar regarding updates to the NAAQS and how you may be impacted.  This session will include a quick overview of the current PM_2.5 and lead NAAQS, provide updates on EPA’s reconsideration of the December 7, 2020 decision to retain the existing PM_2.5 standards, and discuss the upcoming review of the lead standard. We are expecting that U.S. EPA will propose a reduction in the PM_2.5 standard soon and that they will finalize a revised standard next year. Therefore, we will highlight the regulatory implications of that change, including related changes to air permitting strategy and air quality dispersion modeling. The webinar will include a presentation along with an opportunity for you to ask questions related to the PM_2.5 and lead NAAQS updates and their potential implications.
