Mr. Dan Holland, one of the founding four Principals of ALL4, possesses more than 35 years of experience in the air quality consulting industry. His primary areas of technical expertise include air dispersion modeling and ambient air and meteorological monitoring. With his background in air dispersion modeling, Mr. Holland is able to provide an extra layer of valuable consulting experience on intricate New Source Review (NSR) air permitting projects. Acting as Senior Consultant or providing support to ALL4 Project Managers, he is able to identify key project issues and provide efficient solutions and strategies from the regulatory permitting perspective and air dispersion modeling perspective. He also has formed key relationships with local, state and Federal enforcement agencies that allow ALL4 to work efficiently and effectively within the framework of current air quality regulations.

Opening the door for business on March 25, 2002.
What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?
Growing up in a household where my sister suffered from masklophobia, we did not celebrate Halloween.
