Career Highlights
Mr. Matt Strain is new to All4 but brings over 20 years of EHS industry experience to his role.
Matt’s environmental experience emphasizes air quality permitting, compliance, and regulatory strategy with a proven ability to successfully navigate complex environmental regulations, develop and implement effective compliance programs, and build strong relationships with regulatory agencies. His expertise encompasses a wide range of air quality issues, including the preparation and submittal of all major air permits, such as Title V operating permits and state and federal construction permits. He also develops and implements comprehensive environmental compliance programs, including monitoring plans, recordkeeping systems, and emissions reporting. He is adept at proactively identifying and mitigating potential environmental risks and developing and implementing strategies to optimize compliance with changing regulations and minimize environmental impacts. Further, he can provide technical support for a variety of projects, including feasibility studies and air quality modeling.
He has additional experience in several aspects of IH&S including facility program development and implementation, machine guarding design, and facility compliance auditing. Additionally, he can provide insight on design and implementation of EHS digital systems.

Who is the most famous person you have ever met?
I’ve seen a few quasi-famous people in airports. I can’t say I’ve ever met anyone “famous.”
