WHAT’S THE WEBINAR ABOUT?
The window for TSCA CDR reporting opens on July 1, 2024 and closes on September 30, 2024. This webinar will include the basics of the Form U, discussion of what needs to be reported and what is exempt, and updates to the TSCA CDR rule for 2024. The webinar will include a short presentation and an opportunity for you to ask your questions of our panel of experts.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Environmental professionals who have TSCA CDR reporting responsibilities, as well as environmental staff who have dealt with chemicals subject to TSCA in the last four years. Feel free to forward this invitation along to your colleagues.
WHY ATTEND?
Were you involved your facility’s last TSCA CDR submission in 2020? This report is completed once every four years and it is easy to misremember what was completed for years prior. Come for a refresher on TSCA CDR reporting, review of the Form U, and ask questions about potential exemptions your facility may be able to claim.
