1. Have you ever had a nickname (or two)? If so, what are/were they?

Spicy Don… I enjoy spicy food and I make spicy food as well. One item that seems to be a favorite and most likely contributed to the nickname is a corn, black bean and jalapeno salsa that I make.

2. When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a detective. I read every book that I could get on investigation and criminology.

3. What about ALL4 has surprised you the most?

I have been pleasantly surprised that the company has been exactly as presented during the interview process.

4. Stick shift or automatic?

Of course a stick shift is a must in the sports car, but an automatic is nice in the comfortable car.

5. What would you like to become known for at ALL4?

I would like to be know for sharing the experience and knowledge that took a lot of blood, sweat and years to obtain.

6. What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?

I was captivated by the core values and the sense of teamwork and community that they create.
