Benjamin Hsieh is a Staff Engineer at ALL4. He graduated from Penn State University with a Biological Engineering degree in May of 2023. During his college career, he interned at Oregon State University as a seismic design intern for mass timber buildings.

When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a power ranger when I was 8.
What about ALL4 has surprised you the most?
I am surprised the most by how friendly everyone is and everyone’s willingness to talk to me.
What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?
My most memorable Halloween costume was a bumblebee.

Who is the most famous person you have ever met?
I met a Phillies pitcher whose name I forget when he sat next to me on a plane to Taiwan.
What would you like to become known for at ALL4?
I would like to be known for being someone you can go to for anything.
If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn’t live without?
If I were on an island, I would need cheese puffs, a shovel, and a blanket.
What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?
The one aspect that attracted me to ALL4 was the company culture.
