Have you ever had a nickname (or two)? If so, what are/​were they?

In college many people just knew me as Ges. You pronounce it like Jess, so lots of people thought my name was actually Jesse.

When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I was very dedicated to becoming a paleontologist. I had many dinosaur encyclopedias that I would read from cover to cover. T-rex is still my favorite with Allosaurus being a close second.

What about ALL4 has surprised you the most?

The incredible amount of positivity and patience on display from everybody. Also, the variety of snack options in the break room.

What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?

In college my friend and I dressed up as Mario and Luigi. We both have some Italian ancestry and I’m 5’9’’, he is 6’4’’. We looked fantastic.

Stick shift or automatic?

I have always owned stick shift cars.

Who is the most famous person you have ever met?

I got to watch a taping of Pardon The Interruption and meet Tony Kornheiser, Michael Wilbon, and Tony Reali.

Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?

Over the pandemic I learned how to ollie on a skateboard. My girlfriend still isn’t impressed with it.

What would you like to become known for at ALL4?

Being a dependable and reliable teammate. Also my small, but growing skateboarding skills.

If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn’t live without?

My flip-flops, a large cooler of beer, and a 24/7 taco stand nearby.

What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?

The high standard for company culture and ALL4’s core values.
